From the ages of 10 to 11, Mazur experienced the hardship of sleeping in the back of a car. Over two decades later, instead of shying away from his past, he embraces it fully. "No matter how difficult your beginnings, what matters is how you respond," Mazur reflects. "I aspire to be known as a successful business owner, a teacher, and someone who helps others. No matter the struggles, you can change your narrative. You have to keep moving forward."

Mazur's journey is a testament to this philosophy. Growing up with a passion for helping others, he started working at the Sheraton hotel in Nashua, N.H., right after high school. "I began as a dishwasher at 17," Mazur recalls. "From there, I became a server, a prep cook, and then a line cook. Eventually, I was a head chef, creating dishes that delighted our guests. The satisfaction of seeing people enjoy my creations was incredible. It was like art."

Mazur spent over a decade in the hospitality industry, from 2004 to 2017, before discovering a new passion: detailing.
